Glenn Sanford is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of eXp World Holdings. With a background in technology and online business development, he became a top-producing real estate agent before launching eXp Realty in 2009, eliminating brick-and-mortar offices to create a scalable, virtual brokerage. His vision has made eXp one of the fastest-growing real estate companies in the world.
In 2020, Sanford launched eXp Commercial, bringing the same innovative, virtual-first model to the commercial real estate industry. By removing office overhead and empowering advisors with cutting-edge tools, revenue sharing, and equity opportunities, eXp Commercial is redefining how deals are done. Under Sanford’s leadership, it has rapidly expanded nationwide, offering advisors the freedom to grow their business without limits.

Leo Pareja is the Chief Executive Officer of eXp Commercial, leading the company’s growth and innovation in the commercial real estate industry. Since joining eXp in 2022, he has leveraged his two decades of experience to enhance the advisor value proposition, driving advancements in technology, deal-making efficiency, and business growth opportunities.
Previously serving as Chief Strategy Officer, Pareja played a key role in launching strategic initiatives that strengthened eXp’s competitive edge. A seasoned entrepreneur, he co-founded one of the largest private lending firms on the U.S. East Coast and a fast-growing MLS technology vendor. He has also been a prominent leader in the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, serving as both a local and national president.

Wendy Forsythe is the Chief Marketing Officer of eXp Commercial and eXp Realty. In this role, she is responsible for building eXp’s marketing strategies and initiatives globally, enhancing the company’s brand visibility and further empowering its advisors and agents worldwide.
Forsythe joined eXp in 2024, bringing with her over two decades of extensive real estate experience, including executive positions at several high-profile real estate companies. A seasoned executive, she has been instrumental in developing and executing growth strategies that significantly increased brand recognition and market share.

Patrick O’Neill is the Chief Operating Officer, where he is focused on enhancing the end-to-end advisor experience, streamlining operational workflows, and scaling the company’s infrastructure to support continued global growth.
O’Neill joined eXp with more than 25 years of experience leading and optimizing high-growth technology organizations. A seasoned executive, he has held key leadership roles across the tech and travel sectors.

Seth Siegler is the Chief Innovation Officer, leading the development and testing of emerging technologies to improve agent productivity and streamline real estate transactions. Since joining eXp in 2019, he has played a key role in shaping the company’s AI strategy and advancing innovative solutions.
With over 20 years of experience at the intersection of real estate and technology, Siegler is a two-time startup founder with successful exits and multiple software patents. He was named a 2021 HousingWire Tech Trendsetter and is a multi-time Inman Innovator Award finalist. He holds a bachelor's degree from the College of Charleston.

Carrie Lysenko serves as the Chief Technology Officer for eXp Realty, where she leads the company’s global technology strategy and digital product roadmap. With a focus on building intuitive, high-impact ecosystems, Lysenko is responsible for delivering the tools that empower eXp agents to scale their businesses and deepen client relationships.
Lysenko brings a unique “agent-first” perspective to the CTO role, having previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of Zoocasa. Under her leadership, award winning Zoocasa became one of North America’s most successful prop-tech brokerages, recognized for its seamless integration of lead generation and agent productivity. Prior to joining the eXp family, she served as Vice President of Product and Growth at VerticalScope (TSE: FORA) and Head of Digital for The Weather Network, where she drove massive online expansion efforts.
Recognized as one of Canada’s Top 50 Executives, Lysenko is a passionate advocate for product-led growth. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Royal Roads University and undergraduate degrees from Queen’s University and the University of British Columbia.

Murphy has been recognized among the top 1% of real estate professionals in Southern California and has led growth initiatives at some of the industry’s top brokerages. Since joining eXp, his strategic leadership has helped fuel record-breaking growth, reinforcing the company’s position as a market leader. A U.S. Navy veteran, he brings a disciplined, results-driven approach to every aspect of his work, ensuring eXp Commercial continues its rapid expansion and innovation in the industry.

With nearly two decades of experience as a commercial broker, he has helped clients build multi-generational wealth through strategic real estate investments while leading high-performing teams that serve buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants across various asset classes.
LeTourneau has held key leadership positions throughout the industry, including Past President of the 20,000-member Mainstreet Organization of Realtors and past board member for both the National Association of Realtors and Illinois Realtors. He remains deeply involved in shaping the future of commercial real estate through his work with NAR’s Commercial Leadership Forum, the C5 Commercial Summit, and as an Entrepreneur in Residence for NAR’s REACH Commercial program.
