eXp Commercial has released its fourth annual Top 20 U.S. eXp Commercial Producers By Volume list for 2025, recognizing the top-performing advisors who achieved significant transaction volume over the past year. 

Top Three eXp Commercial Producers By Volume in U.S.

Leading the rankings in individual sales volume for 2025 is James Meng of Arizona, who brings 35 years of experience and specializes in exclusive representation of buyers and sellers of hospitality investment properties throughout the United States.

In second place is Irene Tang of California, and rounding out the top three is Bill de la Chapelle of Texas, who specializes in industrial tenant and buyer representation.
