Alvarez began his journey at CBRE as a retail researcher before quickly ascending to become one of the firm’s top investment agents. This foundational success led to a tenure at NAI Capital, where he served as Executive Vice President and co-founded the Alvarez Investment Group.
His influence expanded even further during his time as Managing Director at Newmark, where he spearheaded the firm’s private-capital retail investment sales and leasing practice. In 2022, Alvarez was tapped to serve as a Market Leader and Managing Director at Marcus & Millichap, overseeing the Executive Leadership Team for several of Southern California’s most competitive markets, including Inland Empire, San Gabriel Valley, High Desert and Palm Springs.

He has also partnered with the UFC GYM brand as a Master Developer and franchise owner for Southern California.
