eXp Commercial’s Senior Care Realty group announced the successful closing of a Central Wisconsin Senior Living Portfolio, a five-property, 245-unit senior housing campus spanning two markets in central Wisconsin. The transaction, which closed June 1, 2026, stands as a significant milestone in the region’s senior housing investment landscape and reflects more than a decade of relationship-driven brokerage work by the deal’s lead broker, Mike Collins. The buyer was procured by Bob Richards from Senior Care Realty.

The portfolio comprises two established campuses in Plover (Stevens Point) and Wisconsin Rapids, encompassing assisted living, memory care, and independent living across five facilities: Whispering Pines, The Lodge at Whispering Pines, Arborview Court, Arborwood Lodge, and Arborcreek Senior Apartments. 

The portfolio was nearly fully occupied at closing, with a high percentage private-pay census, metrics that underscore the operational strength of the assets and their appeal to institutional-caliber investors.
