Projects within this program are being financed by a combination of City general funds, utility funds and bond funds with the assistance of the Greater Texoma Utility Authority. Additionally, Sherman hosts many major brands of retailers, big box stores and restaurants such as Home Depot, Lowes, Best Buy, Target, Wal-Mart, Olive Garden, Chili’s Grill & Bar, Cracker Barrel and many others. Sherman offers state of the art healthcare at Baylor Scott & White Surgical Hospital, Wilson Jones Medical Center, and Texoma Hospital Partners.
